ประกาศแจ้งปรับปรุงระบบ Wallet

ตั้งแต่วันที่ 3 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 เป็นต้นไป

บริษัทจะดำเนินการปรับปรุงระบบ Wallet เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความถูกต้องในการให้บริการ

ในการปรับปรุงครั้งนี้ ระบบจะทำการโอน เงินรายได้ที่คงค้างทั้งหมด เข้าบัญชีของเจ้าของรถโดยอัตโนมัติเพื่อรีเซตยอดเงินในช่อง Available Amount ให้เป็น 0 บาท

จากนั้น ระบบจะเริ่มนับและแสดงผลรายได้ในรูปแบบใหม่ตั้งแต่วันที่ 3 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 เป็นต้นไป

รายละเอียดการเปลี่ยนแปลง

• ยอดเงินที่สามารถถอนได้ในช่อง Available Amount จะแสดงเป็น ยอดเงินสุทธิ หลังหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย 3% เรียบร้อยแล้ว

• ระบบ Standard Transfer ยังคงสามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ โดยไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม

• ระบบ Fast Transfer อยู่ระหว่างการพัฒนา เมื่อพร้อมให้บริการ บริษัทจะแจ้งให้ทราบอีกครั้ง

• เจ้าของรถสามารถตรวจสอบ รายการจองย้อนหลัง ได้ตามปกติผ่าน Partner Dashboard บนแอปพลิเคชัน ซึ่งจะแสดงข้อมูลได้ละเอียดและแม่นยำยิ่งขึ้น

Wallet System Update Announcement

Starting from February 3, 2026,the company will proceed with an update to the Wallet system to improve service efficiency and accuracy.

As part of this update, the system will automatically transfer all outstanding revenue to the car owner’s registered bank accountin order to reset the Available Amount to THB 0.

Afterward, the system will begin counting and displaying revenue in a new formatstarting from February 3, 2026.

Details of the Update

• The Available Amount will be displayed as net revenue, with 3% withholding tax already deducted.

• The Standard Transfer option will remain available as usual, with no additional fees.

• The Fast Transfer feature is currently under development.The company will notify users once it becomes available.

• Car owners can continue to review past booking records via the Partner Dashboard on the application,which will provide more detailed and accurate information.
