How to Change Booking on HAUP app

If you’ve already booked a car, but selected the wrong dates or maybe you want to extend your rental time? No need to cancel and make a new booking anymore. You can now easily tap “Edit Booking” and make changes yourself directly in the HAUP app.
HAUP is a car-sharing platform that makes renting a car simple and convenient. No need to wait for a key—you can unlock the car instantly through the app. Designed for “Personal Mobility for Everyone,” whether you’re commuting, traveling, or planning a last-minute trip, it’s as convenient as having your own car. Plus, every booking supports local car owners in Thailand.
What is the Edit Booking feature
This feature allows renters to modify their booking details, such as changing pick-up and return dates, extending usage time, or shortening the rental period—without needing to cancel the original booking.
How to edit your booking in the HAUP app
1. Go to Profile and Select My Booking
2. Click the Booking you want to edit
3. Select Change Booking
4. Click Change date and time
5. Select your new rental date and time. You can:
Extend Rental Duration
Reduce Rental Duration
Keep the Same Duration (Change dates only)
Then click Confirm
6. Review the updated price and details, then click Continue or Confirm Booking.
The system will automatically recalculate the total cost.
If you extend your rental, additional charges may apply
If you shorten your rental, the remaining balance will be refunded as HAUP Credits, according to company policy
If you keep the same duration (change dates only), no additional charges will apply
7. Your booking has been successfully updated.
Notes
For Instant Confirmation: Automatically approved (if no overlap)
For Request Booking: Requires owner approval. If not approved, the booking remains unchanged
Things to know before editing your booking
The total cost may increase or decrease depending on the new rental period
It’s recommended to make changes in advance before your scheduled rental time
If the car owner does not approve the request, your booking will remain unchanged
Booking Change Policy
Free changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the trip start time.
No changes are allowed within 48 hours before the trip start time.
If you shorten the rental duration (date or time), the unused portion will be refunded as HAUP credit, in accordance with our policy.
If you extend the rental duration (date or time), you will be charged for the additional duration based on the applicable rates.
For “Instant Confirmation” vehicles, your changes will be automatically approved if there are no overlapping reservations. All changes are still subject to vehicle availability.
For “Request Booking” vehicles, you must submit a change request to the car owner for approval. If the request is not approved, the reservation schedule will remain unchanged.

สามารถแก้ไขการจองได้ฟรี ภายในระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 48 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเริ่มเดินทาง
ไม่อนุญาตให้แก้ไขการจองภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเริ่มเดินทาง
หากมีการขยายระยะเวลาเช่า (วันหรือเวลา) จะมีการเรียกเก็บค่าบริการเพิ่มเติมตามอัตราที่กำหนด
หากมีการลดระยะเวลาเช่า (วันหรือเวลา) ส่วนที่ไม่ได้ใช้งานจะถูกคืนเป็นเครดิต HAUP ตามนโยบายของบริษัท
สำหรับรถประเภท “ยืนยันการจองทันที (Instant Confirmation)” การแก้ไขจะได้รับการอนุมัติอัตโนมัติ
หากไม่มีการจองซ้อนทับ ทั้งนี้ การแก้ไขทั้งหมดขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมของรถ
สำหรับรถประเภท “ส่งคำขอจอง (Request Booking)” ผู้ใช้ต้องส่งคำขอแก้ไขไปยังเจ้าของรถเพื่อพิจารณาอนุมัติ
หากคำขอไม่ได้รับการอนุมัติ ตารางการจองจะยังคงเดิม
