กรุงโซลส่งเสริมบริการแบ่งปันจักรยานและรถยนต์ (Bike and Car Sharing) ตามโครงการอพาร์ทเมนท์
รัฐบาลกรุงโซลประกาศแผนการลงทุนในโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านการแบ่งปันระบบสาธารณูปโภคสาธารณะในอาคารอพาร์ตเมนต์เพื่อกระตุ้นการพัฒนาชุมชนที่มีส่วนร่วม โครงการ หมู่บ้านแห่งการแบ่งปัน (Sharing Village) ซึ่งเป็นโครงการปรับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานใหม่ของกรุงโซลโดยจะมีจุดบริการจักรยานและรถร่วมซึ่งมีกระจายอยู่ทั่วเมืองสร้างขึ้นในจุดเดียวกันเพื่อความสะดวกสบายสร้างสถานที่ที่คล้ายกับชื่อ 'หมู่บ้านแห่งการแบ่งปัน'
