เงื่อนไขการยกเลิกการจองและนโยบายการคืนเงิน
หากยกเลิกการจองภายใน 1 ชั่วโมงหลังทำรายการ ผู้เช่าจะได้รับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวน โดยไม่หักค่าธรรมเนียม
หากยกเลิกการจองหลังทำรายการมากกว่า 1 ชั่วโมงขึ้นไป ผู้เช่าจะได้รับเงินคืนเป็น HAUP Credit เต็มจำนวนกลับเข้าสู่บัญชีผู้ใช้ โดยมูลค่า 1 HAUP Credit เท่ากับเงินสด 1 บาท และไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนหรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
ผู้เช่าต้องยกเลิกการจองก่อนถึงเวลาเริ่มต้นใช้งานที่ได้ระบุไว้ในรายการการจองเท่านั้น หากถึงเวลาเริ่มต้นใช้งานแล้วจะไม่คืนเงินในทุกกรณี
Cancellation and refund policy
Any cancellation made within 1 hours after reservation is confirmed, you'll be fully refunded for the charged amount.
The cancellation made later than 1 hours after the reservation is confirmed, the user will be refunded in Haup Credit equal to the charged amount. for 1 Haup credit worth equal to 1 Thai Baht, can be spent within the HAUP application for Haup Services.
The reservation will not be cancelled automatically if the user does not check-in at reserved time and there will be no refund.
