โครงการ Smart Move ขอเรียนแจ้งข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการใช้งาน Smart Move โดยมีข้อกำหนดดังนี้

1. เริ่มต้นดำเนินการตั้งแต่วันที่เริ่มใช้งานในวันที่ 17 สิงหาคม 2563

2. รายละเอียดเรื่องเบิกค่าน้ำมัน BMW i3S เมื่อลูกค้าจองใช้งานรถ BMW i3S ค่าบริการรวมค่าระยะทางสาหรับระบบพลังงานไฟฟ้าแล้ว หาก ผู้ใช้รถขับ เกินระยะทางที่กำหนดสำหรับระบบพลังงานไฟฟ้า รถจะเปลี่ยนเป็นระบบน้ำมัน ทั้งนี้ SmartMove ไม่มีนโยบายให้ผใู้ช้บริการเบิกค่าน้ำมัน ดังนั้น หากระหว่างการใช้งานมีการใช้ระบบน้ำมันก่อนคืนรถ ผู้ใชบ้ริการจะต้องเติมน้ำมันกลับมาให้เต็มถัง

3. รายละเอียด เรื่องแจ้ง ยอดการเก็บค่าเสียหายส่วนแรก (Excess) สาหรับการเก็บค่าเสียหายส่วนแรก กรณีเกิดอุบัติเหตุผู้ใช้รถเป็นฝ่ายผิด หรือ เกิดอุบัติเหตุแบบไม่มีคู่กรณี มีดังนี้

   • รถ BMW i3S ค่าเสียหายส่วนแรก 5,000 บาท

   • รถ Hyundai IONIQ ค่าเสียหายส่วนแรก 3,000 บาท

Smart Move would like to announce the following usage criteria:

1. These criteria will be in effect as of August 17th, 2020
   

2. The details on fuel cost reimbursement for BMW i3S: a. When users rent our BMW i3S, the price includes distance cost that is covered by electricity. When a user exceeded the distance limit provided by electricity, the vehicle will automatically shift to fuel consumption mode. However, Smart Move does not have a policy that allows users to get reimbursement for fuel cost. Therefore, users must refill the fuel tank before return to station if fuel was used during the reservation.
   

3. The details on costs for damages to vehicle during a reservation a. If an accident was happened where a Smart Move user was at fault or without a second party, the following costs will apply: i. 5,000 THB deductible cost for BMWi 3S ii. 3,000 THB deductible cost for Hyundai IONIQ
