About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious Vehicle Relocation / Transfer Officer to join our Fleet Operations team. In this role, you will be directly responsible for driving and transferring HAUP’s fleet (ICE vehicles and Electric Vehicles) between HAUP stations, maintenance centers, charging stations, and enterprise client locations. You will play a vital role in ensuring that vehicles are delivered safely, cleanly, on time, and fully ready for user bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Transfer & Relocation: Drive and relocate vehicles safely between assigned HAUP stations, cleaning hubs, EV charging points, maintenance centers, and corporate delivery locations as dispatched.
Pre/Post-Transfer Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each transfer—checking for body damages, fuel levels/EV battery state of charge (SoC), interior cleanliness, and onboard hardware functionality.
Charging & Refueling Management: Drive EV models to charging stations and perform battery charging/swapping, or refuel ICE vehicles as instructed before returning them to designated stations.
Field Record & App Updates: Log vehicle conditions, photos, mileage, fuel/battery levels, and task status accurately via HAUP’s operational mobile app or system.
Vehicle Preparation & Cleaning: Perform basic interior/exterior cleaning, wiping, and sanitization to maintain high vehicle hygiene standards for users.
Incident Reporting: Immediately report any vehicle malfunctions, warning lights, accidents, missing items, or parking issues to the Dispatcher and Fleet Operations team.
Skills and Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Certificate (Por-Wor-Sor), or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in driving, vehicle transfer, fleet operations, or logistics (experience with car rentals, ride-hailing platforms, or chauffeur/valet services is a plus).
Skills: Valid Thai Driver’s License with a clean driving record and strong road safety mindset. Excellent driving skills for both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (experience driving EV models is a plus). Good geographic knowledge of Bangkok and Metropolitan routes. Ability to use operational smartphone applications, Google Maps, and messaging apps efficiently.
Languages: Good command of spoken and written Thai; basic English capability is an advantage.

Other: Willingness to work in flexible shifts or weekends as required by operational schedules.
