Month-End Closing & Reporting: Assist the Accounting Manager in performing month-end account reconciliations, preparing trial balances, journal entries, and fixed asset registration.
Audit & Documentation Support: Organize and archive accounting documents, tax certificates, and financial records systematically to support internal and external audit procedures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Business Development, Fleet Operations, and Customer Support teams regarding invoice issuance, partner payout verifications, and customer refund queries.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting, AP/AR, or general ledger functions (experience in e-commerce, tech startups, automotive, or fleet services is an advantage).
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of Thai accounting standards (TFRS), tax laws, and Revenue Department regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Express, FlowAccount, Peak, SAP, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Familiarity with payment gateway transactions and digital payment reconciliation.
Languages: Good command of written and spoken Thai; basic-to-intermediate working English proficiency.
Attributes: High level of accuracy, detail-oriented, trustworthy, analytical, and adaptable to a fast-moving tech environment.
