EV Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform primary diagnostic checks on Electric Vehicles (EVs), including high-voltage battery health checks, motor drive systems, charging ports, and onboard electronic modules.
Emergency Roadside Assistance: Respond to field breakdown calls, battery jumps, flat tire replacements, or minor mechanical/electrical issues at HAUP stations and on-site customer locations.
IoT Hardware Installation & Servicing: Assist in installing, testing, or replacing onboard IoT devices, smart locks, GPS trackers, and telematics wiring on fleet vehicles.
Garage & Partner Coordination: Coordinate with external garages, authorized dealer service centers, and spare parts suppliers for major repair overhauls or warranty claims.
Maintenance Logs & Record Keeping: Document repair histories, parts usage, diagnostic logs, and service checklists accurately into HAUP’s maintenance tracking system.
Skills and Qualifications
Education: Vocational Certificate (Por-Wor-Chor / Por-Wor-Sor) or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Power, or a related technical field.
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair, mechanics, or EV servicing (experience in car rental fleet maintenance, dealership service centers, or EV brands is highly preferred).
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of general automotive mechanics, brake systems, air conditioning, and electrical wiring. Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of EV systems, high-voltage safety standards, and OBD diagnostic tools.
Languages: Good command of spoken and written Thai; basic working English is an advantage.
Attributes: Safety-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, physically fit, reliable, and capable of working independently in the field.
Other: Valid Thai Driver's License (manual & automatic) is required; ability to travel for field/station service visits.
