ปัจจุบันนวัตกรรมการเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ที่สถานีชาร์จไฟ (Swapping Battery) ถูกนำไปใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายในประเทศจีน ส่วนประเทศไทยนั้นเองก็เริ่มมีให้บริการแล้วเช่นกันในโครงการ PCX Electric Ecosystem ที่รวมเอาระบบการใช้งาน “มอเตอร์ไซค์ไฟฟ้า” ที่มีความสมบูรณ์เป็นครั้งแรกของเมืองไทยมารวมไว้ที่เดียว เปิดให้บริการแล้วที่อาคาร KX หรือ KMUTT Knowledge Exchange for Innovation Center อยู่ติดกับสถานี BTS ตากสิน
ให้บริการเช่ามอเตอร์ไซค์ไฟฟ้า Honda PCX electric เพียงชั่วโมงละ 50 บาทเท่านั้น แล้วยังเป็นสถานีสับเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ (Battery Swapping) อีกด้วย

วิธีการ Swapping battery มอเตอร์ไซค์ Honda PCX Electric
ไปที่รถ PCX ELECTRIC
1. กดปุ่ม HAUP ที่แฮนด์ด้านซ้ายมือ จะมีเสียงดัง “ปี๊บ” ดังขึ้น และไฟ LED สีแดงบริเวณหน้ารถสว่างขึ้น
2. สั่ง Unlock รถ ผ่านแอปฯ HAUP
กดสวิตซ์และบิดไปที่ Seat จากนั้นกดปุ่ม Seat เพื่อเปิดเบาะ
เปิดเบาะ และดันที่ล็อกแบตไปข้างหลัง
ไปที่ตู้ Swapping Battery
1. ไปที่ตู้ Swaping battery และกด "เปิดตู้" ตรงหน้าจอ touchscreen
2. ระบบจะขึ้นหน้า QR Code และแจ้งว่า ให้สแกน QR Code ด้วยแอปฯ HAUP
3. เปิดแอปฯ HAUP กดที่ “Drive” ระบบจะขึ้นหน้าปลดล็อกรถ ให้กดที่ปุ่ม "Battery Swap" เพื่อเริ่มต้น Swapping battery
4. สแกน QR Code ที่ตู้ Swapping battery ด้วยแอปฯ HAUP
5. ระบบจะเปิดชั้นวางที่ว่างออกมาอัตโนมัติให้นำแบตเตอรี่ออกจากเบาะ เพื่อนำไปใส่ในช่องว่าง
6. ใส่แบตเตอรี่ตรงช่องใส่แบต โดยหันทิศ โลโก้ HONDA ออกจากตัวตู้ ตามภาพ
7. เมื่อทำการวางแบตเตอรี่ก้อนแรก ระบบจะแสดงระดับแบตเตอรี่ จากนั้นให้วางแบตเตอรี่ก้อนต่อไปและหันทิศทางโลโก้ให้ถูกต้องเช่นกัน
8. เมื่อวางแบตเตอรี่ ทั้ง2ก้อนถูกต้องแล้วระบบจะปิดชั้นวางอัตโนมัติ
9. ระบบจะเปิดชั้นวาง ที่มีปริมาณแบตเตอรี่สูงสุดออกมา ให้นำแบตเตอรี่ทั้ง 2 ก้อนออกมา
10. นำแบตเตอรี่ มาใส่ในช่องใส่แบตเตอรี่ใต้เบาะ PCX Electric และดันตัวล็อคแบตเตอรี่มาข้างหน้า เพื่อให้แบตอยู่กับที่
11. เมื่อนำแบตเตอรี่ออกจากตู้แล้ว ระบบจะปิดชั้นวางแบตเตอรี่อัตโนมัติ
12. เมื่อทำการ Swapping Batteryเสร็จเรียบร้อย ให้กด “เสร็จสิ้น”
13. ระบบจะขึ้นเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งาน ประเมินความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการ Battery Swapping station
