ขั้นตอนการจองรถ MINI บนแพลตฟอร์ม HAUP
How to booking MINI on HAUP platform
1. ดาวน์โหลดแอปพลิเคชัน HAUP คลิก
Download HAUP application Click
2. ส่งเอกสารยื่นยันตัวตนบนแอปฯ HAUP ด้วยบัตรประชาชนและใบขับขี่ที่มีอายุ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
Register on HAUP app with your ID card and driver's license (driver's license must be held for at least 1 year)
3. ลงทะเบียนเข้าทดลองขับขี่กับทางเว็บไซต์ MINI คลิก และแคปหน้าจอหลังทำรายการสำเร็จเก็บไว้
Register for a test drive on the MINI Website Click and capture screenshot when you done
4. กลับมาที่แอปฯ HAUP และเลือกวันที่และเวลาที่ต้องการจองรถ โดยระบบไม่อนุญาตให้จองข้ามคืน ผู้เช่าจะต้องคืนรถที่จุดจอดเดิม ภายในเวลา 20:00 น. เพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่เข้าทำความสะอาดรถยนต์ เพื่อผู้ใช้บริการในวันถัดไป
Go back to HAUP App and input your date and time then click search (Overnight reservation is not allowed, trips must be finished before 20:00 hr.)

7. เลือก บัตรเครดิต/บัตรเดบิต ที่ต้องการชำระค่าบริการและค่ามัดจำ
Input your Credit card/Debit card then click payment and deposit
8. หลังจากชำระเงินเรียบร้อย ให้ส่งภาพหลักฐานการลงทะเบียนจากเว็บ MINI มาทางไลน์ @haupcar
After completing the payment, submit a screenshot confirming the registration from mini.co.th and send it via Line @haupcar
9. เมื่อเสร็จสมบูรณ์ คุณจะได้ผลยืนยันการจอง Get the reservation confirmation
