วิธีการค้นหาและกดจองรถ

How to search and reserve a car

1. เลือกหมวดบริการ รถยนต์

Choose Car service

2. กดปุ่ม ตกลง

Click OK

3. ใส่สถานที่ วันเวลา ประเภทรถ แล้วกด ค้นหา

Input your location, date and time then click Search

4. ระบบแสดงสเตชันที่เปิดให้บริการ

The system will show the station and vehicle that is available

5. เลือกสเตชั่นจุดจอด และเลือกรถที่ต้องการจอง

Select your preferred station to pick-up your car

6. เลือกแพ็กเกจระยะทาง แล้วกด ถัดไป

Select a distance package then click Next

ค่าบริการเช่ารถระยะสั้นในระบบ คำนวณจาก ค่าชั่วโมง + ค่าระยะทาง

* หากจอง 8 ชั่วโมงขึ้นไป ระบบจะคิด ราคาเหมาเป็นรายวัน โดยอัตโนมัติ และลูกค้าสามารถใช้งานรถได้สูงสุด 24 ชั่วโมง

* หากระยะทางที่ใช้งานเกินกว่าแพ็กเกจที่เลือกไว้ ระบบจะคิดค่าระยะทางส่วนเกิน โดยคูณกับค่าระยะทางของแพ็กเกจที่เลือกไว้แล้ว

* หากจองรถเกิน 3 วันระบบจะเปลี่ยนเป็นรูปแบบ รับเต็มถังคืนเต็มถัง โดยอัตโนมัติ

Additional charges will be calculated in accordance with the hourly and distance rate.

* Daily rental will be charged equal to 8 hours rental price. (Excluding exceeded distance charges)

* In case of renting more than 8 hours a day the package will automatically change to full-day rental.

* Any reservations made for more than 3 days, the distance packages will automatically change to full-to-full.

7. ลือกบัตรเครดิต/บัตรเดบิต ที่ต้องการใช้ แล้วกด ยืนยัน

Choose your Credit/Debit card then click Confirm

8. สังเกตสถานะการจองที่แถบด้านบน และตรวจสอบการจอง แล้วกด ยืนยัน

See your booking status and check all details then click Done to complete

How to check-in before starting your trip

1. กดปุ่ม เช็คอิน ด้านล่าง

Click Check-in

2. กดปุ่ม เริ่ม เพื่อเริ่มขั้นตอน

Click Start

3. อ่านขั้นตอนการเช็คอิน และกดปุ่ม เข้าใจแล้ว

Read the manual and select Got it

4. ถ่ายรูปใบหน้าตนเอง เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนผู้ขับขี่

Take a photo of your face to verify your identity

5. ถ่ายรูปรอบคันตามที่กำหนด

Take photos of the vehicle

6. ถ่ายรูปรถตามไกด์ไลน์ที่ขึ้นไว้

Take photos of each side of the vehicle

7. เมื่อถ่ายรูปครบแล้ว กดปุ่ม ถัดไป ด้านล่าง

Take the photos following the guideline then click Next

8. เตรียมถ่ายรูปตำหนิของรถ กดปุ่ม เข้าใจแล้ว ด้านล่าง

Prepare to report dent marks and click Got it

9. ระบุตำแหน่งที่พบตำหนิของรถ หรือ กดข้าม หากไม่พบตำหนิ

Tap to locate the dents or skip if there is none

10. ถ่ายรูปตำหนิที่พบ

Take a photo of the dents

11. ถ่ายตำหนิที่พบจนครบ แล้วกดปุ่ม ส่ง ด้านล่าง

Tap to locate more dents if any

12. อ่านรายละเอียดก่อนปลดล็อกรถ กด เปิดแล้ว และ เข้าใจแล้ว

Read the manual before unlocking the vehicle and select Got it

• เปิดใช้งานบลูทูธและอินเทอร์เน็ต และยืนข้างประตูฝั่งคนขับ

• Be reminded to turn on Bluetooth and LTE then be by the driver side door of the vehicle

13. กดปุ่ม ปลดล็อกรถ เข้ารถและสตาร์ทรถ

Click Unlock then get in the vehicle and start the engine

14. เตรียมถ่ายรูปหน้าปัดรถ กด เปิดกล้อง ด้านล่าง

Prepare to take a photo of the dashboard then click Open Camera

15. ถ่ายรูปหน้าปัดรถให้เห็นชัดเจน ทั้ง ระดับน้ำมัน และ เลขไมล์

Take a photo to report fuel and mileage status

16. ถ้ารูปไม่ชัดให้กด ถ่ายใหม่ หรือรูปชัดเจนแล้วให้กด ยืนยัน

Retake the photo if needed then click Confirm

17. การเช็คอินเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว กดปุ่ม เสร็จ เพื่อขับรถ

Finish the check-in then click Done

How to check-out before finishing your trip

หลังนำรถกลับมาคืนจุดจอดแล้ว อย่าเพิ่งดับเครื่องยนต์ After arriving the station, be reminded to not turn off the engine yet

1. กดปุ่ม ถ่ายรูปหน้าปัดรถยนต์ เพื่อเริ่มเช็คเอาท์

Click Take a photo of the dashboard to check-out

2. กดปุ่ม เปิดกล้อง เพื่อถ่ายรูป

Click Open Camera to take the photo

3. ถ่ายรูปหน้าปัดให้ชัดเจน ทั้ง ระดับน้ำมัน และ เลขไมล์

Take a photo to report fuel and mileage status

4. ถ้ารูปไม่ชัดให้กด ถ่ายใหม่ หรือรูปชัดเจนแล้วให้กด ยืนยัน

Retake the photo if needed then click Confirm

5. อ่านขั้นตอนการเช็คเอาท์ และกดปุ่ม เข้าใจแล้ว

Read the manual then click Got it

• เก็บสัมภาระให้เรียบร้อยและลงจากรถยนต์

• Before leaving the car, please do not forget your personal belongings

6. กด ล็อคประตูรถ แล้วเรียบร้อย และกดปุ่ม เช็คเอาท์ ด้านล่าง

Click Lock then Finish Check-out

7. รอระบบตรวจสอบรถยนต์

Please wait while check-out process is analysing

8. กดปุ่ม เสร็จสิ้น ด้านล่าง

Click Done

How to redeem your Haup Points

1. กดไอคอน More ที่มุมขวา ด้านล่างของหน้าจอหลัก

Click More, located at the right bottom of the home screen

2. กดเลือก Haup Store

Select Haup Store

3. แตะที่หมวด คูปอง และเลือกสิทธิที่ต้องการแลก

Tap on Coupons then select the reward to redeem

4. ตรวจสอบรายละเอียด ก่อนกด Redeem

Check details before click Redeem

5. เสร็จสิ้นการแลกคูปอง กด Done

Finish the redemption then click Done

How to apply a promotion code or coupon discount

1. แตะที่ช่อง Apply Promotion

Tap on Apply Promotion

2. เลือกโปรโมชันที่ต้องการ และกด Apply

Select the promotion then click Apply

3. ตรวจสอบรายละเอียด การจองและโปรโมชัน
